The "Transforming Entrepreneurs: Strengthening Digital Innovation" Project is designed to increase communication and cooperation among young people, and to raise awareness of unemployment and digital transformation organised by Ankara Medipol Üniversitesi Technology Transfer Office. Thanks to this project, young people will be highly developed. This will create a unifying force among young people. By making use of cultural diversity and adopting a conscious approach to unemployment problems, a study will be carried out to create more effective projects.
The project "Transforming Entrepreneurs: Strengthening Digital Innovation," held in Ankara between August 20 and 28, 2025, aimed to create an environment of cultural change among young people by combining the two key themes of the project, while also increasing their awareness so they could gain knowledge about digital transformation and entrepreneurship. This project contributed to preparing young people for working life by creating a unifying force among them and encouraging them to adopt a conscious approach to global unemployment issues.

Project CoordinatorOver 8 days, young people from across Europe participated in innovative workshops and seminars designed to boost employability, digital skills, and entrepreneurial mindsets.
Participants improved their employability by learning how to present their skills and experiences effectively. Many reported greater confidence in applying for jobs, internships, and volunteering opportunities at both local and international levels.
Equipped participants with problem-solving, teamwork, and innovation skills. By working on real-life entrepreneurial challenges and delivering start-up pitches, participants strengthened their ability to think critically and communicate persuasively.
Young people explored how artificial intelligence is transforming business models and job markets. They reflected on opportunities for responsible entrepreneurship in a digital era.
Offered hands-on experience with emerging digital tools. Participants learned how to apply AI for content creation, design, and communication.
Participants gained awareness of how digitalisation improves efficiency and sustainability across sectors, and how entrepreneurial approaches can leverage technology for social and economic impact.
🎓 All participants received a YouthPass certificate, validating their newly acquired competences.
